Our store, Ryukyu Herb Tea Honpo, specializes in Okinawan herbs, and was founded based on the miraculous experience of our representative, the Ryukyu Herb Master, Mr. Shimochi Morinori. Mr. Shimochi was afflicted with a rare disease called progressive muscular dystrophy, and had given up hope after receiving a death sentence at the time. However, he had a dream where he was told to go to a place where herbs were growing, and to brew and drink them. He followed the instructions and found that the herbs he saw in his dream were really growing there. As he continued to drink the brewed herbs, he gradually became lighter and more energetic, eventually overcoming the disease and living a healthy life. This experience became the beginning of our store.
